Peso's Kitchen

Peso's is one of the best places to go if you are around the Queen Anne neighborhood. The crowd here is usually young adults from the ages of 21 to 35 who are looking for a good time. There is pretty good music as well as several flat screens for those who want to catch up on their sports. There is usually a great atmosphere for both the early happy hour (4-6pm) as well as the later happy hour (10pm-1am). This includes 4-5 dollar small plates which are really great. They have one of the best steak quesadillas in Seattle in my personal opinion.

Location: 605 Queen Anne Ave N.

Barolo Ristorante

Barolo has one of the best happy hour menu's available in downtown Seattle. Happy hour is available both early from 3-6:30pm and later from 10:00 to close. Everything on the bar menu is 50% off. Given that Barolo is a smaller restaurant, there is a limited amount of space in the bar so it is important to get here early!!! The bar fills up early which can make it extremely difficult to get a table. This is a great place to get together with friends and enjoy good food, drinks, conversation, and company. This is not a sports bar, so those of you who are looking for a TV will should be aware that there are no televisions here.

Some of the best items from the menu are:

Grilled Calamari-$6

Organic Hanger Steak w/ Barolo Sauce-$7

Rigitoni pasta w/ beef and veal ragu- $6

Mixed Antipasto Plate-$7.5

Organic Lamb Burger-$6

Seared Cape Cod Scallops/wild mushroom sauce $6.5

Grilled Ceasar Salad- $4
